The LivingLab

Das lebende Labor ist ein Beispiel, wie man mit "offener Innovation" rasch praxisnahe Produkt-Entwicklung betreiben kann. Vor allem im Bereich ICT ist es von zentraler Bedeutung, den Benutzer und die Benutzergruppen in das Fine-Tuning der Produkte und Lösungen einzubinden.
